The use of and access to the Website indicates your absolute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions pursuant to the provisions of Article 1803 of the Federal Civil Code. Access to the Website by any member of the general public grants such person the status of user thereof (the “User” and/or the “Users”).

By entering, using and browsing the Website, regardless of whether the User acquires or contracts any service offered by CognitIA, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts that he/she has read, accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions; therefore, such use constitutes acceptance thereof. If you do not agree, without limitation or qualification, with these Terms and Conditions, please exit the Website immediately and refrain from using the Website in the future.

The User is hereby advised that CognitIA will strictly enforce its industrial property and copyright rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For the interpretation, performance and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, CognitIA and the User expressly submit to the laws of the United Mexican States and agree to submit any dispute arising therefrom to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of Mexico City, Mexico, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles or for any other reason.
